GRADE A: Previously owned Big Blue VTL2900P LED Dive Light.  Comes with a fresh rechargeable battery and battery charger with USB cable.  Needs the wall block to plug into.

• Grade A: Excellent;little to no signs of previous use
• Grade B: Good;minor signs of use, but no significant damage
• Grade C: Fair;noticeable cosmetic issues including scratches, wear, and tear
• Grade D: Poor;either not functional, in need of parts to be functional, and/or visible tears, blemishes, etc.
