Ikelite Substrobe MS with C Lite and Sync Cord

Pre-owned Ikelite Substrobe MS with C Lite and Sync Cord.  The Substrobe is untested underwater, but makes the high pitched powering up sound when tested with batteries (4 'AA'), therefor "As Is" since we are not sure.  The Ikelite C Lite is fully functional (4 'C').  There is a rubber band helping to secure the C Lite in position.  Batteries are not included.
