Dive Flag with Weighted Buoy Float 2 Peice

Pre-owned Dive Flag with Weighted Buoy Float.  The float has a 1lb weight on it and breaks down into 2 pieces.  The flag measures 18" x 12".  With both pieces put together it's 48" tall. Normal signs of previous use.
