IDI Razor with Ocean Edge Regulator "As Is"

Pre-owned IDI Razor with Ocean Edge Regulator AS IS.  The 1st stage (IDI) seems to be fine, but the 2nd stage (Ocean Edge) leaks.  In addition to leaking, it also has a bad hose.  Needs to be serviced or used for parts only.  All ports are plugged on the 1st stage (4LP, 2HP)
