Oceanic VTX Dive Computer &Transmitter 'AS IS"

Pre-owned Oceanic VTX Dive Computer &Transmitter AS IS.  The dive computer powers on with a new battery, but the menu items on the home screen can't be selected. When you push the 'select' button on the side, nothing happens.  It will need to be serviced.  The transmitter also has a new battery installed and seems to be fine.   There is wear on them from previous use.  Please zoom in on pictures for cosmetic condition.
