Pre-owned U.S. Divers Conshelf Sea 21 Regulator, 1st and 2nd Stages.  Both stages have been tested and are in working condition, no leaks.  Visible cosmetic wear from previous use exists.  All ports are plugged on the 1st stage (4LP, 2HP).
